Our aim is to be able to have the right product for every situation and to offer the customer professional advice and service. 

We understand that it can take time to make the right decision and unlike some companies we encourage our customers to take that time to consider all options and ideally to visit the showroom to make them aware of our full product range before making what can sometimes be a major investment. We believe however that with the correct information our customers can make informed decisions with confidence.

Managing Director Andrew Chaney established Orchard in 2003 and he is backed up by his knowledgeable staff that has several years in the trade between them. A large proportion of our work comes from our existing customer base and from their recommendations, we guarantee to offer a completely no pressure approach to our sales, we believe in putting the customer first.
